Testimonials

American Legacy’s Mobile Truck Exhibit exceeded all expectations. Several history professors from the Houston Community College Central Campus made it a part of their American History Course.
— Captain Paul J. Matthews, Founder, Buffalo Soldiers National Museum
For the second year, the NHL was proud to partner with American Legacy to present the 2020 mobile museum that celebrated black achievement in hockey. The partnership amplified our collective view that Black History Month must still matter and it is an important tool to Inform, Educate and Inspire in the quest for racial equity and equality.
— Kim Davis, Senior Executive Vice President, Social Impact, Growth & Legislative Affairs, National Hockey League
It was a pleasure to work with Rodney and his team to document the Tournament’s illustrious history. Their enthusiasm, attention to detail and willingness to partner with the CIAA is unparalleled. This visual exhibit allowed our fans and member institutions to experience the CIAA in a new way.
— Suzette McQueen, CIAA Senior Associate Commissioner of External Operations & Strategic Marketing
To host the American Legacy Mobile Truck in the city of Newark was a special honor for all of our residents, young & old. The documented stories of our heritage are not always earnestly or truthfully told yet, we now have an on-site presentation that boldly provides those stories in an intimate setting. It was a great experience to have the American Legacy Mobile Truck in Newark and I am constantly being asked, when will it return?”
— Gwen Moten, Executive Director, Mayor's Office of Arts in Newark, Cultural Development & Tourism
The American Legacy Mobile Truck Exhibit 2018 stop in Louisville, KY was an awesome opportunity for the young and young at heart in our community to experience the legacy and historic contributions of so many African-Americans including our hometown hero, The Greatest, Muhammad Ali. We want to thank Rodney Reynolds and Toyota for including our city in the Tenth Anniversary Tour. It was outstanding!
— Tonia M. Phelps, Executive Director, Bates Community Development Corporation
